This guitar has a fit and finish of all Paar Engineering models - finish is multiple thin coats of lacquer, which protects the wood but still allows the "feel" of wood grain under your fingers. The Wilkinson double-coil pickups provide a warm but bright and slightly scooped midrange. The action has been set low, keen attention is paid to the neck joint and pocket during the build, ensuring with the lowest practical action. The frets have been manually dressed to ensure there will be no cuts nor scratches as you run your hand down the fretboard chasing scales.
Controls are 1 volume and 1 tone with a 3-way switch. Wiring used is 22 gauge which provides plenty of conductivity.
